Castle Mountain Alberta I’m still working on some images from the Western Arthurs trip but here’s a call back to another great trip we had to Canada. The contrasts between the trips was incredible both from the point of view of the landscape itself and the style of shooting. As a first time visitor, there were endless roadside opportunities in Canada – so much so that the hiking boots didn’t really get that much of a go ! Hopefully we’ll be able to visit again in the future and actually do some hikes. This particular image was taken on a morning of passing mist. Take a close look up large for the cool detail on the side of Castle Mountain – it was definitely one of my favourites during our short trip.

Taranaki New Zealand I find it interesting to see the difference between images from a trip I identify with compared to images which the public identify with. Of the images I posted from this particular evening, this long exposure was one that didn’t turn out the way I had hoped because the thin band of cloud around the cloud’s peak that I managed to capture in short exposure, literally vanished while I was screwing on the 9 stopper and taking the long exposure. None the less, it is one of the few images of ours that has found itself into the commercial world and is available as a postcard through Pikitia postcards. So keep an eye out for it when passing through New Zealand’s North Island! In other news, Marianne and I are about the head off with the kids on a family holiday so any new images will be a bonus after that trip ! We keep pushing back the launch of skype tutorial calendars, video tutorials etc because of other commitments. At least we updated our ebook which you can find in the link below! Hammersley Gorge Karijini Countrywide Park I will be trustworthy. When Marianne and I arrived here and walked up to the ‘spa pool’ from under, we ended up at first underwhelmed. It really is genuinely only soon after you begin discovering the area and its strange angles that you start to value how distinctive it is. The other obstacle for us was to arrive up with one thing various from what has been presented. I hope this darker rendition with performs of gentle (late afternoon and polariser work) presents a various perspective. [Prints and Tutorials] [Fb] [Instagram] [Flickr]

Block by Dylan

Block by Dylan is a lunch &amp brunch cafe found in the heart of Helsinki, proper next to the Kauppatori industry sq.. Made by Suvi-Maria Silvola and Laura Sepp&aumlnen, it really is a awesome mix of Scandinavian minimalism, vivid colour, heat wood tones and thoroughly clean lined operation. I cannot believe I have yet another restaurant to insert to my bucket list. Very good layout and excellent food will get me each and every time. Pictures by Pauliina Salonen
